Windows and macOS laptops and desktops, plus the common peripherals around them — printers, external drives, docks and monitors. We also help with iOS and Android devices when the issue relates to email, accounts or cloud apps.
Yes. Every service is delivered online through secure remote assistance, live sessions and cloud collaboration. You approve the connection, watch the whole session, and can end it at any moment.
Most requests receive a first response within a couple of hours during business hours, and sessions are usually scheduled the same or next business day. We tell you honestly when we can start rather than promising instant fixes.
We configure and troubleshoot cloud workspaces such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, along with storage sync, shared drives, permissions and common SaaS tools used by small teams.
Small businesses, freelancers and remote teams are our core focus. We can act as your outsourced help desk with a predictable monthly plan, or work request-by-request.
Yes — preventive maintenance covers scheduled updates, health checks, backup verification and security reviews so that problems get caught before they interrupt your work.

What clients said after their session.

Collected from sessions completed since 28 July 2026. Names shown with permission.

My tablet driver kept failing mid-project. The session was booked for the next morning and the cause was explained clearly instead of just patched. I knew what had changed on my machine when we finished.
Honest about what they could and couldn't do the same day, which I appreciated more than an over-promise. The remote session was simple to join and they stayed until my calls stopped dropping.
New laptop set up over two short sessions, including both mail accounts and my password manager. Nothing was left half-finished and my old device was wiped only after I confirmed everything worked.
We moved our shared files into one workspace with Helporia's help. Communication was calm and organised, and they documented the folder structure so the rest of the team could follow it.
Having one inbox for IT questions instead of six people asking me directly has been the practical win. Responses come back the same day and each fix is written up.
I'm not especially technical and I never felt rushed. They walked through the update process on screen and left me with a short note on what to do monthly.

Most slow machines are not failing hardware — they are machines carrying years of accumulated background work.

  • 01Review startup programs quarterly; anything you don't use daily can be disabled.
  • 02Keep at least 15% of the system drive free so the OS can manage cache and updates.
  • 03Restart weekly. Sleep is not a substitute for a clean boot.
  • 04Watch temperatures on laptops older than three years — dust is the usual cause of throttling.

Cloud accounts are usually compromised through weak access habits, not through the provider itself.

  • 01Enable two-factor authentication on email first — it is the recovery route for everything else.
  • 02Review third-party apps connected to your workspace twice a year and revoke unused ones.
  • 03Share folders, not individual files, and use expiring links for external recipients.
  • 04Separate admin accounts from the account you use daily.

A surprising share of application faults trace back to three repeatable causes.

  • 01Interrupted updates leaving partial files behind — a clean reinstall usually resolves it.
  • 02Conflicting versions of the same runtime installed side by side.
  • 03Permission changes after an OS upgrade blocking access to a previously working folder.
  • 04Corrupted user profiles: test with a fresh profile before reinstalling everything.

Reliability at home comes from a few deliberate choices rather than expensive gear.

  • 01Wire the primary machine to the router where possible; Wi-Fi is the most common call quality culprit.
  • 02Keep one documented place for files. Two 'temporary' locations become permanent.
  • 03Have a tested fallback: a phone hotspot you have actually connected to before.
  • 04Use a UPS or at minimum a surge protector for the desk equipment.

A password manager removes the two habits that cause most account loss: reuse and recall.

  • 01One long, memorable master passphrase; everything else generated and unique.
  • 02Store recovery codes in the manager, not in your inbox.
  • 03Audit reused passwords once — most managers will list them for you.
  • 04Give a trusted person emergency access if the accounts run a business.

Maintenance is cheaper than recovery, and it fits into about twenty minutes a month.

  • 01Verify backups by restoring one file — an untested backup is an assumption.
  • 02Apply operating system and browser updates within a week of release.
  • 03Check disk health annually on drives older than four years.
  • 04Keep a short inventory of devices, licences and account owners.
